So the past couple days I wasn’t feeling that well, and a lot of that has to do with my squashed pituitary gland in my brain where I really, really do need to get a testosterone shot every two weeks otherwise I really, really don’t feel well.

So this is something that I know that I need to take care of. Your health and self-care, self-caring for yourself is so important too, and knowing your mind, your body, your spirit, your soul and how you operate and what type of nourishment your body and soul need so that you can be at that high peak performance level so that you can do the things that you slay out Without hesitation, you might drop out without hesitation. These things are so important. And what I want to talk to you in this vlog about is happiness.

Happiness to me is a choice. Plain and simple. You can wake up in the morning and decide, you know, everything stinks. And you wake up in the morning and your gremlin is telling you what a failure you are and how bad everything is and how you shouldn’t have done this and you shouldn’t have done that and you shouldn’t have said this and you wouldn’t have [inaudible 00:01:19] on and on and on and on. Right? Or you could do the things that will help you take care of you and then realize that happiness is just a choice. It’s just a state of mind. You can be happy that you lost your job or you can be devastated. You can be happy that someone in your life passed away or you can be devastated about it. You can choose everyday happiness. Where does that come from? Happiness? To me, it comes from someplace inside that gives you a spring in your step. An extra bounce in the way that you walk and extra childhood wonder in everything that you do.

So I have socks on right now and outside in the lobby of the place where I live over here in Denver, they have these tiled floors. And when I was a kid, I always used to ice skate around wearing socks on hardwood tiled floors. Right?

A fun thing to do. So I was doing that before I started doing these videos. I was running around, I was getting the camera set up and I was skating around and I just like felt like I was fine just in that happy state of the way that I used to do that 20, 30 years ago where I would skate around. Why? Doing that put me in my happiest place, right. Doing that put me in the mood of happiness, of that mood of wow, I have things to give. I’m about to record a lot of amazing videos for my amazing subscribers who are growing every day and I just know that I really, really want to be in that place of happiness.
